Bill of Fare: Pennington's Camillo's Ristorante Italiano on the rise

After chef Camillo Tortola closed Camillo's Cafe in Princeton more than two years ago he started a small pasta company and spent some time in sales. It didn't take long for him to miss working in the kitchen.

"I wasn't happy," he said. "That's what got me to come back."

He's still making fresh pasta, but now he's doing it for his customers at Camillo's Ristorante Italiano at the site of the former Avanti in Pennington...
